At the Dentist's Office

Went to the dentist's today and drew the waiting room while waiting for my daughter to get done. Inspired by Laura I am going to do some interiors this month. I didn't get done and actually wished I could sit there for a little while and finish, but...other things to do today!

BEAUTIFUL SKETCH!! Mercy, I'm excited about sketching a chairleg and here you are wonderfully sketching the entire OFFICE! Glad to see you too doing interiors!

Thank you....it was strange when I was drawing those beams...I kept thinking this shape can't be right, but that's how it looks. I think it is partly because when you draw you can look up and down, etc. and incorporate that...gives it a little bit of a wrap-around feel.

Yes, those stiff dentist waiting room chairs... do they all have those? :) I think you did a great job on the vaulted ceiling in this quick sketch. Way to go!

I like the composition, how you've focused on what is probably the most interesting thing in the room, the windows and ceiling beams!! great job!
